Is it a foot fetish? I don’t know…I kinda think adult feet are gross. I don’t usually photograph adult feet. Well, one time I did. But, they had really nice feet and it was a fun concept. But baby feet, oh my!   I could photograph them all day. In fact, I think I may specialize: Jan Scott, Baby Feet Portraiture. Or maybe, Fine Art Baby Feet? Fine Baby Feet Art?  Fine Feet Baby Art?

The baby I photographed Sunday night had the cutest, most chubbalicious feet.  (Chubbalicious = chubby + delicious)

My own Campbell has perfect little feet, too. Her daddy thinks she is going use those feet for running and swimming, but I know that she is destined to be a foot model.

You may want to keep your baby’s socks on around me.

I’m running short on time here, but I wanted to share with you a few shots from a recent session. We used the football field (I almost spelled that with a “ph”…photography on the brain, anyone?), the bridge, and then we went to my favorite barn. It was a fun time, albeit hot! K. was a very cooperative and handsome model. A big GQ, no?

Many years ago when I was in high school and early college and waitressing at Happy Joe’s, I remember this young lady coming in with her parents. She was soooo cute and so full of personality! I still remember her beautiful blonde hair and bright blue eyes. She still has both–but now they have morphed from cute to downright beautiful. Her session was on one of the steamiest nights of the summer, but Miss H. was a great sport and looked cool as a cucumber the whole time–even in her jacket. Here are a few favorites:
