I finally finished editing this session today, and I came across three more images that I love that I did not notice when going through looking for “sneak peek” images. Baby J. was such a perfect little guy, and his parents were so clearly in love with him and with each other. It was a great session!

Dad was so brave to hold a naked baby against his nice white shirt, but I’m so glad he did…

He was such a sweetie…the only thing that kept me from kidnapping him was that we will have our own in (hopefully) less than two months!

Many parents are intimidated by newborn portraits, as the last thing they want to do days after their baby is born is drive to a studio. But, I come to YOU for newborn portraits. The are done within the first two weeks of birth (quite often within the first week when they are still very sleepy and curly). I show up at your house with a variety of blankets, a beanbag, my camera, and a few other tricks. I promise, I don’t look at the state of your house. If it makes you feel better, you can stop over and see my messy house before I visit you.
